Innovative and business thinking are as well a precondition as to think outside the box. Also, your way of working is characterized by sustainability and efficiency.Main responsibilities within the role:- Support the development and implementation of the Marketing Plan for CC Mexico by leading the Marketing Intelligence team- Become CRM Champion and lead transformation towards SalesForce- Actively collaborate with the different global teams for digital initiatives and transformation- Responsible of Demo Tools Management and processes around- Support on Implementation of Customer Center of the Future initiatives- Responsible of sales reporting for the sales team, management, and marketing- Be the CX Expert for CC Mexico and lead the rollout of different NPS surveys- Develop analysis for the Full Potential of the different business lines, in order to be the direct support for sales and marketing to conduct analysis on market, growth, market share, market size, competition- Follow up of sales campaigns- Support and management of digital projects and initiatives**What we expect of you**:- Bachelor's degree with concentration in engineering or business administration preferred- Strong CRM abilities, you will be the customer center champion and main point of contact- Project Management skills- Independent, success-motivated, open minded and creative personality- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills- Proactivity, ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently- Team-player- Ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels; analytical, self-starter- SAP and Microsoft skills- Contribute to business and product development initiatives with a forward-thinking, must-win mindset- Ability to explain technical concepts regarding our solutions in an appropriate manner when solving customer challenges- Passionate about learning and training- Play a key role in Atlas Copco's goal to become a more digital organization- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
