Your roleAs a Marketing Manager you provide strategic direction for the Nutrition division. Responsibilities include: P&L management, marketing plans, promotional plans, etc. You will also develop strategic marketing direction for product lines; ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, based on KPI´s monitoring and provide input in Volume, ASP, Sales, Marketing expenses, CAPEX for all financial processes.
What you'll be doing:Build and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand recognition and expand market presence in the LATAM region.Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives.Coordinate development of business units and major product lines marketing plans.Build compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, and presentations.Supervise and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the efficiency of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay informed about current industry trends and effective marketing strategies to ensure our marketing approaches remain innovative and competitive.Gain exposure to the LATAM market and contribute to the growth of our business in the region.What you'll be bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies at least 7 years.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Outstanding written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
