Welcome to a marvelous opportunity with Ericsson as a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing master data to drive efficiency and improvement of end-to-end flows and functional processes. Through your commitment to quality, you will ensure master data quality meets desired standards. Ensuring compliance with group directives, legal and financial instructions, and the preservation of data security and privacy forms an integral part of your role. You will also be tasked with fostering adherence to approved processes and tools, as well as the Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) as you respond proactively to Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) red flags.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and maintain master data to guarantee quality.
- Process requests for creating, altering, and deleting standard and non-standardized master data on behalf of projects.
- Extend master data expertise to support key stakeholders and data owners.
- Respond to end-user queries related to master data.
- Actively disseminate knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Initiate and execute coaching and mentoring activities to foster internal skill development.
