No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The Material Production Planner will be responsible for supporting the packaging and raw material supply chain processes, reporting, PO creation, workflows and projects for Hot-Fill/Gatorade manufacturing sites.**Your Impact**As Material Production Planner your functions would consist of- Manage SAP parameters and set up as necessary for new items and ongoing materials to ensure locations have accurate requirements- Work Flow execution and detailed tracking for packaging extensions.- Material PO creation and tracking- Review and analyze current MRP system parameters for accuracy and updated configurations- Analyze GGCS deployment from Lithia to plant ensuring network coverage, identifying shortfalls and respective solutions- Analyze ASNs for failures with corrective actions- Analyze inbound quantities and timings making updates as needed along with communications to impacted parties- Analyze unload priorities based on network supply and production timing needs- Monitor inventories for items that are to be discontinued to eliminate / mimimize scrap.- Manage tracking and disposition for blocked materials- Manage weekly / daily reporting as requiredQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**Degree in a business related field (Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)**Experience**- 1-3 years experience in planning, inventory management or raw material replenishment planning- Mfg/Logistics/Customer Service experience preferred.- Strong communication and collaboration skills- SAP knowledge is a plus- Commitment to high service levels is a must.- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers
