Investigates, gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.- Innovates and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of moderate scope.- Develops and implements plans to support lean manufacturing through the Deere Production System of moderate scope. Designs operations layouts.
