**Escentials functions**:He is responsible for carrying out tasks for the support of plant and building operations, carrying out preventive, planned and corrective maintenance programs, and also supports continuous improvement tasks.- **Experience**:From 3 to 5 years of experience in similar tasks.- **Education**:- Technical high school finished.- Certificate of training in maintenance and repair of machines and installations, as well as, electrical connections, motor control, plumbing, cooling and welding, if you have experience in all the aforementioned, it may be an option to replace the educational requirement.- **Knowledge**:- Safety basics such as power blocking, electrical safety, and work at heights, know how to use basic, dielectric protection equipment and flame retardant or electric arc protection equipment.- In special tools and parts of machinery that provide information to generate requisitions.- Extensive knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.- Knowledge in automation, special components, networks and complex machinery.- Knowledge in simulation of electronic circuits, control systems and logic-programmable controllers.- Knowledge in measuring instruments.- Knowledge in basic statistics.- Knowledge in handling mobile equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.- Knowledge in operation of machines and tools.- Reading of engineering drawings, diagrams and technical symbology.- **Authority:- Stop the operation of machinery and tools that are not operating safely.- Reject parts or spare parts that do not meet Alcoa's quality and safety expectations.Give priority to urgent work over others
