We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a **Mechanical Engineer**, based in our **Apodaca Plant** (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible to integrate the mechanical design following the specifications released by the Customer. You will be part of a highly skilled cross-functional and cross-regional development team at the cutting edge of vehicle technology.
**Your Tasks will be**:
- Learn manufacturing process for electronic/electrification products.
- Support product development.
- Attend design review/project meetings.
- Support/Lead Design for Manufacturing/Assembly reviews.
- Help coordinate Engineering Changes with the plant.
- Problem solving/Issue resolution.
- Support issue resolution.
- Data analysis.
- Root cause analysis (8D, Fish Bone).
- Create presentations.
- Cost Optimization.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- 3+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience required (design experience is desirable).
- Knowledge of Electronic/Electrification type products.
- Knowledge of PCB component placement/soldering processes.
- Knowledge in plastic and metal part design/manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (PPT/Word/Excel).
- Ability to analyze data in excel.
- Create Presentations.
- Ability to open CAD models and review (prefer SolidWorks/Catia experience).
- Advanced English.
