Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering database for the sales selection software, enabling sales teams to effectively configure and quote HVAC systems.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Product Development**:Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- **Technical Leadership**:Provide technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
- **Project Management**:Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**:Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- **Software Development**:Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain an engineering database for the sales selection software.
- **Data Management**:Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of product specifications, including capacity, dimensions, energy efficiency ratings, noise levels, and component breakdowns.
- **Software Integration**:Integrate engineering data with the sales CRM to provide real-time product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Innovation**:Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and design concepts.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electromechanical, electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., CAD software, simulation software), database management, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.
**Required Experience**
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or related industry.
