As a Mechanical Field Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical aspects of the project, collaborating with the project team to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring project progress, managing resources, and providing technical support to the construction team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the mechanical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop effective and efficient construction methods.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Manage resources, including subcontractors and equipment, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Provide technical support to the construction team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction or engineering, preferably in a field engineering role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required.
