Education and Training
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree required
- Valid medical license
- Three to five years medical experience
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to change shifts 4x3
**Responsibilities**:
1.Overall Health Center Operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel)
2.Direct report support and management
3.Medical Examinations
4.Disability management
5.Integrate with Business Partners (Connection to the business)
6.Responsible for the site Emergency Response Program
7.Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site
