As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems to ensuresafety, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.**Responsibilities**:- Evaluate and analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement- Design and develop new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to enhance productivity and quality- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to resolve issues and implement solutions- Conduct studies and experiments to test new manufacturing methods and equipment- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes and equipment- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies- Prepare technical specifications for the purchase or manufacture of new equipment- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-makin**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mecatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role- Proficient in using engineering software, such as CAD, CAM, and PLM- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies- Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools, such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications- Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts
