This role will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives for a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, learning & development, employee benefits, and other HR outsourcing solutions.
The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to optimize sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.What your background should look like:Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:Lead and manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for HR services across the Americas region.Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business needs and objectives.Identify and assess potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the supplier selection process.Ensure competitive pricing and best-in-class service offerings through effective negotiations.Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR service providers and external vendors.Oversee vendor performance, ensuring high service delivery standards and compliance with contracts and SLAs.Address any performance issues or service gaps, working collaboratively with vendors to resolve challenges.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure sourcing strategies meet organizational needs.Provide strategic insights and guidance on HR sourcing initiatives to key stakeholders.Present regular updates on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to leadership.Market Research & Trends:Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and new developments in HR services to enhance sourcing strategies.Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to ensure optimal sourcing decisions are made.Cost Optimization:Lead efforts to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement of HR services.Identify opportunities for process improvements, vendor consolidations, and cost reduction initiatives.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in the Americas region.Mitigate risks by ensuring contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and legal standards.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, HR, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
