This plan must be optimized across various constraints and priorities of Global Operations, Business Units, Corporate Strategy, and Finance. To do this, you will be required to directly interact with Micron global team members at various levels of the organization inside and outside of the Supply Chain. You will also support transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and activities, and create and drive improvement to overall process efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities and TasksPublish 3-year manufacturing plan, shipment plan, scenario sellable supply, and inventory plans.Highlight and drive resolution to planning issues associated with compiling the OPS Plan including: excess and shortage to projected inventory targets; gaps between roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demands.Partner with Global Operations and Corporate strategy to develop factory network and loading strategies.Root cause gaps between supply capability and bottoms up supply/demand match.Create, solve, and communicate internally impacts of various what-if scenarios for executive approval.Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews of the OPS plan.Collaborate with Finance to analyze consolidated revenue, margin, and capex impacts of plan changes.Represent SC in discussions with internal stakeholders regarding consolidating 3-year Business Plans and studies.Drive improvement to process effectiveness and efficiency metrics.Collaborate with GSM, Manufacturing, R&D, and Product engineering teams to collect and analyze impact of yield, quality, technology adjustments, and roadmap changes.Identify process inefficiencies/conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps.Collaborate with Demand Management and BUs to understand demand priorities and shaping, risks and opportunities, and business impacts.Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron and collaborate with partners in Supply Chain and IT to drive technology improvements.Partner with solutions and master data teams to develop and implement system and process control methods.EducationRequired:Bachelors Degree in Engineering - Industrial or Electrical.Masters Degree:Master's Business AdministrationMaster's FinanceExperience3+ years relevant experience.Additional Information:- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning systems, and strategies
