**THE WORK**
- Design visuals for digital and print, including illustrations, motion graphics, logos, icons, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine brand identities.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Ensure designs meet project goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Edit and improve existing designs, ensuring high standards and consistency.
- Stay updated on trends in illustration, motion graphics, and design techniques.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve design processes and workflows.
**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- Degree in Graphic Design or similar experience (e.g., Illustration or Motion Graphic Designer).
- Experience in Graphic Design, Illustration, or Motion Graphics.
- Proficiency in tools like Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent design, illustration, and animation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing your creativity in design, illustration, and motion graphics.
