As the Mid-Market Business Development Representative, you will be a strategic member of the broader Mid-Market sales team. In many cases, you will act as the first contact for Peek's business prospects.**Responsibilities**:- Prospect amazing activity operators out there and find new leads as potential sales opportunities.- Set up meetings or calls between prospective partners and Account Executives.- Collaborate with the team on account strategy, demand generation, activities, and results. Multitask and prioritize and complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.- Build pipeline using proven sales methodologies.- Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in the CRM (Salesforce).- Gain in-depth knowledge of Peek products and technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.- Identify partner needs and suggest appropriate products/services.- Customize product solutions and present new perspectives that challenge the way customers understand their business.- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.- Demo and close inbound leads that fall below specific requirements for sales team engagements.- Complete administrative responsibilities with excellent attention to detail.- Learn complex concepts quickly and independently.**Skills you already have**:- Proven work experience as a Business Development Rep- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).- Track record of achieving sales quotas.- Experience with CRM software (e.G. Salesforce).- Understanding of sales performance metrics.- Goal-oriented individual with outstanding negotiation communication skills
