We aim to foster a diverse global economy by building a generational platform that seamlessly connects companies with talent worldwide.After our successful Series D in 2021, we raised another $50M last year, doubling our valuation to $12B.There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance.**About the Role****Key Responsibilities**- Offer a consistent, industry-leading experience to customers by providing legal support and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing.- Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and change of employer notifications, termination notifications, etc.- Continuously level up by learning how to prepare new case types- Actively monitor individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction.- Effectively communicate with customers regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify client immigration solutions, and understand current client activity.- Provide feedback in opportunities for continuous process improvement and elimination of redundancy.- Report directly to the Immigration Specialist Manager.- Work on special projects, as assigned.**Requirements**:- 1+ year of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal or Immigration Specialist (Preference for Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Colombia visa process expertise)
