Paz Montessori is seeking a **proactive and dedicated Elementary Classroom Assistant** to support our Montessori Primary environment for children aged **9 to 12 years**.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in **3rd to 6th-grade primary education** or **secondary education**, with a passion for learning and growing in the Montessori methodology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the lead guide in managing a multi-age classroom environment.
- Assist children in their daily activities and lessons.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and document children's progress under the lead guide's direction.
- Participate in ongoing training and internal guidance on Montessori principles.
- Support classroom routines, transitions, and group activities effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent **English proficiency** (spoken and written).
- Experience in **3rd-6th grade primary education** or **secondary education** preferred.
- Ability to **multitask** and stay organized in a dynamic classroom environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to **learn and implement Montessori principles**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in multi-age classrooms is **not required** as **internal training and guidance will be provided**.
