Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Supports Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices. Follows internal processes and procedures.
- Develops a detailed understanding of supported functional areas and business processes.
- Accountable for collaboration of results-based project plans and meeting timelines for detailed tasks and deliverables.
- Researches and assists on upgrades or replacements for tools, methods, and technology.
- Helps drive improvements in technology based on functional understanding.
- Takes ownership of small projects and provides innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Document technical designs, procedures, and guidelines for knowledge sharing for future reference.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define technical specifications for software projects.
- Configuring and customizing software platforms to optimize performance and enhance usability for end-users.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience: up to 3 Years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with maintenance, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Experience with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, eMaint).
