This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Guadalajara Office. It insures that the physical office and facilities and disciplines are in place to promote a safe, healthy and fun work environment. This position acts as a point of contact for related queries from facilities vendors and contractors and also employees.
Additionally it assists the Payroll Lead with payroll processes, and it acts as a backup when needed.
Experience, Skills & Characteristics
- 2-3 years of professional working experience, preferably in office management/event management
- Bachelor's degree in administration of related field
- Excellent comunication skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Organized
- Proactive attitude
- Intermediate English Level
