**Descripción de puesto**:
Planning Senior Analyst is part of the Strategic Planning team. It's an integral role within the organization and has visibility to overall Company operations and senior management.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Responsible for preparation of monthly executive presentations to CEO and Exco, including reporting, analysis and commentary on results in conjunction with Planning management
- Prepare actual and forward looking information for Investor Relations groups;
- Monthly reporting of financial results
- Support the annual budgeting process for entire U.S. operation,
- Analyze and provide recommendations on pricing impact, volume/pricing breakeven, cost benchmarks and
- other detailed analyses during the process, as well as intercompany balancing in budget
- Design scenario analysis based on various business assumptions; develop financial models to conduct cost
- benefit analysis, and provide forward looking information for forecast and 5 year plan
- Provide insightful analysis of what the numbers mean
- Support training and development of Jr Analysts
- Continuously improve processes and look for opportunities
- Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
- Meet or exceed company safety standards

**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:
- Bachelor degree Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting preferred
- 3-5 years' professional experience
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with iterative processes and deliverables
