**Descripción de puesto**:Planning Senior Analyst is part of the Strategic Planning team. It's an integral role within the organization and has visibility to overall Company operations and senior management.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Responsible for preparation of monthly executive presentations to CEO and Exco, including reporting, analysis and commentary on results in conjunction with Planning management- Prepare actual and forward looking information for Investor Relations groups; - Monthly reporting of financial results- Support the annual budgeting process for entire U.S. operation,- Analyze and provide recommendations on pricing impact, volume/pricing breakeven, cost benchmarks and- other detailed analyses during the process, as well as intercompany balancing in budget- Design scenario analysis based on various business assumptions; develop financial models to conduct cost- benefit analysis, and provide forward looking information for forecast and 5 year plan- Provide insightful analysis of what the numbers mean- Support training and development of Jr Analysts- Continuously improve processes and look for opportunities- Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds- Meet or exceed company safety standards**Retos del puesto**:- Prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced and high volume environment**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:- Bachelor degree Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting preferred- 3-5 years' professional experience- Strong interpersonal skills- Self-motivated and independent thinker- Business analytics and critical thinking- Ability to work with iterative processes and deliverables**Relaciones**:- Internas:- Planning- Commercial- Budget & Control- Externas:- N/A**Diversidad e Inclusión en CEMEX**:In CEMEX, we know that the world and business is filled with diverse people.
