And accompany the employees in some actions on their journey in all their phases working on BRP, anticipating their needs.Roles & responsibilitiesAnswer our people questions; using procedures, policies, knowledge database, other reference materials and skills in HR, etc.Help and coach our employees by engaging them to use self-service technology.Provide transactional support for various processes (e.G. data changes).Collaborate and consult, HR Advisors, HR Operations Specialist or Global Practices Specialist as required; to resolve cases, to get guidance or to clarify policies.Proactively identify cases that require further investigation, documentation or update for continuous improvement perspectives and projects.Create and maintain updated reference documents for the most frequent questions and procedures for the business needs.Create and maintain updated knowledge base to perform current processes.Ensure all our requests are standardized classified in order to maintain a good quality level in the data.Escalate and track case routed on time to the HR Advisor Specialist if they cannot answer by themselves.Be physically present on site to attend employees needs according to the shifts requirements.Be an active participant and embassador of the Next Gen and M25 strategies.Follow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.LI-IR1
