**JOB **PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Responsible for ice cream expansion to new countries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM
- Create and implement governance of new markets across the business, to guarantee proper financial models working closelywith finance, customer marketing, supply chain, CMI & Distributors
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales process, executing need analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Understand the MKT/CD customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and regional.
- Collaborate with the media team to constantly improve metrics by implementing the right performance marketing strategies
- Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around LATAM to drive the sales process
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
**Experiences**& Qualifications**
- Experience in trade marketing, customer development or related field (experience working with traditional trade, convenience and drugstore channels is a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in Ecommerce
- Business mind-set and thorough knowledge of consumer needs are required.
- Creative and strategic thinker who generates powerful insights and breakthrough ideas.
- Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details. Ability to transform data into action.
- Strong strategic and influencing skills, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Potential to understand all aspects of business management,
