Join a group of 500+ professionals dedicated to helping customers build outstanding products.**Are you the NEXT one?****Job description**We are seeking a NLP Engineer to execute model R&D, which is a mix of improving existing work and some greenfield development, including with large language models (LLMs).- Excels in solving ambiguous and complex problems, being able to navigate through uncertainsituations, breaking down complex challenges into manageable components and developing innovative solutions- Appreciates importance of engineering hygiene and good practices- Has an agile development mindset, appreciating the benefit of constant iteration and improvement- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Communicates complex ideas and concepts effectively- Documents research findings, methodologies, and implementation details to share knowledge withinternal and external stakeholders.- Ensures data privacy and security, adhering to industry best practices and regulations.**Requirements**:- Evidence of solving machine learning problems from data collection to model training and testing- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and bash- Knowledge of popular ML libraries such as PyTorch- Systematically can conduct experiments across one or more models to evaluate performance- Familiarity with AWS, including use of Sagemaker for model experiments- Use of foundational LLMs e.G.
