Noblegen is skilled in providing robust and varied solutions to meet the demands of a wide range of applications.Reporting to the LATAM Marketing Manager, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that liquid nitrogen sales targets are met and exceeded as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.In addition, you will be responsible for:Manage and develop the business with end-users; Provide sales advice and support for customers to assist them to purchase our liquid nitrogen generators solutions that fulfil their requirements; Examine and identify the key regions within the territory and devise an action plan along line manager; Utilise all available tools to develop the customer base and grow the business; Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails; Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; Respond to incoming e-mails and phone enquiries from customers in a timely and appropriate manner; Act as a key point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets; Actively identify new sales opportunities; Negotiate the terms of a sales agreement, ensuring agreed profit margins are maintained; Work along withthe marketing department, gathering market and customer information; Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as and when required; Negotiate on delivery and specifications with other departments including engineering, marketing and production; Ensure productsare in stock or customer timescales can be realised and achieved; Ensure a recordof sales, order information and customer contact details are input into the appropriate CRM; Review your ownsales performance to ensure targets are achievable and escalate to management where there is a risk on non-achievement; Ensure you gaina clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Ensure customers are provided with accurate and timely quotations; Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues
