We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.**OBJECTIVE**Supervise and manage projects of high complexity (technological / scope) from the introduction of new products and / or transfers.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Lead the project management team in the introduction/transfer of new products and Engineering projects.Maintain project stage reviews with internal and external clients.Provide direction and guidance to cross-functional teams.Solve complex project problems and work with the project team to develop resolutions to meet project performance, time, scope, and cost to meet customer goals and objectives.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**Quote engineering, transfers and new product introduction projects. Justify capital and ROI analysis for projects.Assign projects to Project Managers and maintain project work plan, cadence and workload.Conduct project reviews, resources, personnel, progress reports, personnel management, and troubleshooting for Engineering projects and product transfers.Create and maintain programs, risk plans, communication plans, etc., using the appropriate tools that accurately reflect the scope of work. Proactively adjusts budgets and resources where appropriate according to scope.Agree project scope with client and approve scope changes.Develop mechanisms to monitor project process and intervene for problem solving with directors, functional managers, CFT managers, and clients.Manage multiple projects through direct reporting to ensure project results meet technical quality, safety, reliability, plan, and cost requirements. Direct and coordinate project staff activities to ensure project progresses as scheduled and within established budget.Responsible for recognizing and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.Prepare and deliver presentations to top management around the project situation, constraints, and critical issues, and help facilitate the adoption of best practices.Allow the growth and development of project teams members by establishing opportunities for knowledge exchange, training, coaching and mentoring.Manage the change request process - identification, communication and documentation of a change in the scope of the project
