1. General administration of machinery projects, line improvements or introduction of new products. 2. Check line capacity against required customer demand. 3. Equipment review for new lines. 4. Review of process documentation. 5. Start innovation projects and new technologies. 6. Layout creation. 7. Review of part numbers to register in the system. 8. Analysis and monitoring of objectives. (Improvement in machinery) 9. Analyze, evaluate and design machinery. 10. Perform product validation against design. 11. Process deviation approval. 12. Validation of new products. 13. Conducts data analysis using software skills (charting, pivot tables, and data table generation). 14. Develops problem-solving methodologies: cause and effect, Ishikawa diagrams, data sheet verification, control chart, histogram, Pareto chart, scatter diagram, and a flow management chart. 15. Introduction of new products: Load the list of materials into the system, traveler, the design of accessories, disposition of materials in transit, receipt, warehouse, wip, finished products in transit to customers, warehouse client, experience in electromechanical assembly.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related. Completed Master's Degree It 's a plus. Conversational English essential (80% required). Minimum experience of 2 years in the introduction of new products/projects. Strong knowledge in product validation. Knowledge of methodologies for introducing new products/processes. Knowledge of process flow diagrams, failure mode and effect analysis and control plans. Experience in documents SOPs and QAPs. Project management experience (PM Book based preferred). Interpretation of engineering plans. Experience in analysis and problem solving using six sigma tools and lean manufacturing. Execute and approve engineering studies, test methods, measurement system analysis and deviations
