DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as aspirin and cough or cold tablets.
- Support the Doctor I on medical exams for new hires and medical surveillances.
- Participates in health awareness programs and nurse activities under Site Nurse Lead supervision.
- Provides first aid treatments to associates under Doctor Senior supervision.
- Responsible for keeps associates' medical files.o Follows all company EHS policies and other safety precautions within the work area.o Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records. Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and third-party vendor if applicable.
- Disabilities record keeping for medical statistics.o Medicine and medical equipment inventory.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level (Nurse Lead).
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.o Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Nurse Degree or Equivalent
- Generally, requires 2 - 4 years related experience in health services.
- Intermediate level of English
- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican Health regulations preferred
- Knowledge of MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
