Monitor credit reviews, accounts receivable, and serve as an escalation point regarding credit matters.**This position reports to**:Accounting & Reporting Mgr-Receivable**Your responsibilities**:- Credit policy Formulates and recommends general credit policy with support from the country credit committee and assures adherence to accepted standards.- Contract proposals Reviews major lease, purchase, or conditional sales contract proposals to identify and minimize credit risk.- Credit decision Proposes credit limits and supports Local Divisions on credit decisions.- Sales function Maintains frequent communications with sales function and performs credit reviews with Local Business Units on a regular basis.- Settlement terms Supports Local Divisions in settlement of delinquent accounts when established parameters are not met.- Legal proceedings Manages all account issues involving bankruptcy and other legal proceedings.- Monitoring: ensure proper reporting, key performance indicators, monitoring on regular basis, including annual review process for key customers.- Results: prepare summaries and materials for presentations (e.G. CorporateCredit Committee; Corporate CFM), providedata analytics and statistics, maintaining internal communications platforms.**Your background**:- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.- 6 to 8 years of operational O2C experience, especially in Credit Management.- Experience in leading a similar or a higher sized team in the past.- A good knowledge of the end-to-end O2C Process, including financial assessment, risk management and strong negotiation skills.- An ability to cooperate in a dynamic and learning environment, to develop good relationship with Business and other supporting teams and be able to present key credit risks in complicated deal structures, to make sure that credit risk is addressed and Accounts Receivables collection is secured.- Experience of governing credit risk in an evolving environment.- Fluent English level.**More about us**:
