Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a OD Supervisor.
**What you'll do**:
This position is responsible for the recruitment and selection processes, training and certification of employees as well as the development of talent within the company.
A. Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with Corporate and Plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration.
B. Assists in the preparation of corporate and/or government required reports relating to employment date and employment practices. Assist in corporate or plant sponsored HR and other special projects and initiative, including but not limited to Talent Reviews, Talent Hub, and EBS.
C. Strengthens employee retention and engagement through establishing the standard on-boarding, orientation processes with integrated efforts from various functions, and based on data gathering and trend define an strategy for reduce turn over at all levels.
D. Manage annual employee survey cycle to ensure smooth implementation. Supports Corporate functions during action planning phase post survey through effective feedback sessions.
F. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
G. Validate annually with HR Badger team Job descriptions and organizational chart update in Marketing and Design areas.
**Qualifications**:
Administration, business, psychology or similar.
5-7 years experience in HR.
**Skills**:
Strong experience in OD programas, Recuirtment and selection programas, STPS rules and training processes.
