This position is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a standard office schedule serving at Ramboll Mexico main office located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

You will join our Ramboll Environment & Health Department The Office Administration And Project Accountant position provides day-to-day administrative and project management activities for multiple teams; typical tasks may include preparation and review of administrative documents, conduct project accounting activities, review of technical documents, collecting project administration information, project setup, providing clients with information for registration of Ramboll as supplier. The position considers that you support corporate administrative staff by preparing, providing and managing administrative, accounting, and human resources information pertaining to Mexico´s office operations. This position will be required to partner with Project Managers to facilitate solid business decision-making based on facts, and ensure the correctness of financial position of projects.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Communicate with staff at all levels within the organization;Oversee and assist project set-up, billing, invoice management and collections;Monitor project creation, maintenance and closing;Oversee and ensure staff payroll payment is made in timely and correct manner;Coordinate and oversee activities and support of external service providers specifically accounting, recruitment and legal services;Ensure compliance with company policy especially relating to projects;Ensure correct revenue recognition on projects;Facilitate project reviews to identify project risks, follow up on WIP, write-downs and claims handling;Collaborate with Project Managers to explain deviations to stakeholder;Train and support project Managers on Financial Project Management;Engage in Project Optimization for Project Controlling Support;Support human resources activities including managing staff work contracts and management and oversight of accrued vacation time;Assemble documents required for contracts or documentation for registering as supplier with potential clients;Your starting point for constant growth

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar;A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment, ideally with Project Controlling Experience;Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills;MS Office experience required; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;Superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, together with the ability to exercise independent judgment while maintaining high confidentiality;Professional demeanour with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;Analytical;Flair for details but ability to see big picture;Ability to work well with others;Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management;Very limited travel may be necessary to support team and office activities;Ability to work overtime if required;Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages, ideally bilingual and with excellent English language skills.Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Solid technical writing reviewer proficiencySkilled in data entryWelcome to our Environment & Health division
