The Group operates in key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying leadership in the construction, financial, and technology industries.We are currently searching for an **Office Manager**:**Responsibilities**- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.- Optimize real estate strategy in terms of expense, optimal utilization, and minimum vacancy.- Manage daily operations.- Oversee multiple personnel.- Customer and supplier management.- Public relations.- Help with onboarding and training.- Team coordination.- Process optimization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- +3 years of proven experience.- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized.- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.- Strong leadership skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Desired**- Experience with IT Companies.**Languages**- Advanced Oral English.- Native Spanish.**Note**:- On-site.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Administrativo / Secretarial**Industria**:Recursos Humanos**Habilidades**:- it- microsoftoffice- optmization- coordination
