Office ManagerThe role will be responsible for organizing and managing office operations and supporting the team. A high degree of flexibility is required to respond to shifting priorities and ad hoc tasks as required**Essential Job Functions**- Liaising with the landlord and/or building manager on any office, building and security related matter.- Managing supply contracts for the office e.G. gas, electricity, internet, cleaning, rubbish etc. Ensuring the office is adequately stocked at all times (e.G. in the kitchen, toilets, stationery etc) and kept clean.- Distributing incoming mail and sending outgoing mail.- Answering incoming calls efficiently and politely Supporting the Team including: Travel and diary management, planning ahead and making travel arrangements/bookings according company policy.- Arranging courier services.- Managing monthly credit card expense reports on our expense Assisting with Accounts Payable.- Assisting with enrolment of new hires.- Liaising with office managers in overseas offices regarding travel changes, flights, hotel, taxi bookings and itineraries.- Helping with ad hoc administrative tasks for the Team.- Collaborate with colleagues reviewing third party relationships, arranging events and project implementation.**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's degree Administration- +3 years of proven experience.- Advanced English**Skills**:- Excellent IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, Zoom).- Strong leadership skills.- Well organised and excellent attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team.**Salary**:- $40,000- $45,000 MXN per month- Benefits by law: Christmas Bonus 15 days, Vacation Premium 25% and Vacation days starting with 12 days according to the Federal Labor Law.- Employment Type: Full Time- Location: Mexico City- Workplace type: OnsitTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Office Manager: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Advanced English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
