.Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for an Office Manager to join our office in Mexico City, Mexico.The roleIn this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing various aspects of our office, having an integral part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, facility management, HR coordination, guest reception and event preparation all aimed at supporting the smooth functioning of our office.Through your collaborative approach and unwavering attention to detail, you will be an important part of maintaining an environment where employees and visitors feel supported, valued, and fully engaged. Your efforts will not only uphold our standards of quality but also directly contribute to our mission of transforming the energy landscape worldwide.Responsibilities will further consist of:Support HR functions, including onboarding, and ensure HR policies align with global practices and local regulations.Take full responsibility for setting up a new independent office, steering the transition, and handling all aspects including coordination with architects, utilities, and IT providers.Plan and coordinate equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems to maintain efficiency.Coordinate visitor access, external events, and site inductions.Address local stakeholder and legislative matters to ensure compliance with standards.Handle administrative tasks (filing, copying, printing, scanning, binding, travel, and expenses) and streamline office operations, procedures, and events.Main StakeholdersGlobal Office Management teamCISC leadership team in MexicoYouWe are specifically looking for candidates who have completed a relevant BSc. degree in fields such as Organization or HR, and who bring relevant experience from similar positions. Moreover, you are a highly responsible and structured individual who is thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.We look for the following in a candidate:Proven experience in facility management, operations coordination, and HR support, with great organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.High communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring productive relationships with internal teams and external contractors
