Online Training Specialist

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop compelling short training materials and courses tailored for online delivery, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and effective for diverse audiences.- Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and webinars for both customers and employees, covering a wide range of topics relevant to our services and products.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes.- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in online learning, incorporating innovative approaches and tools into training strategies.- Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an online environment, with a focus on creating and delivering online training or webinars.- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning management solutions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.- Proficient in multimedia and web-based training tools, including video editing, presentation software, and eLearning authoring tools.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and collaboration.
