.**Job Summary and Scope**:**Responsible for overseeing the operations supporting strategic global customers. Directly responsible for managing a team of direct reports including Program Management, New product introduction, sourcing and quality. In conjunction with the Global Business Manager this role will have accountability for sales, margins, account receivable, inventory management across the Mexico.**:**Responsibilities**:- ** Allign objectives with Global Business Managers to protect current business and aggressively expand into potential opportunities**:- ** Collaborate with operations to ensure material is received promptly and delivery times meet customers expectations**:- ** Proactively collaborate with other departments and team members to assure smooth new product introductions consistent with customers sense of urgency**:- ** Track and execute on KPI's to meet or exceed customers expectations**:- ** Work closely with international team to meet financial objectives stablished by Managing Director**:- ** Identify opportunities and present solutions to the organization that meet the customer's needs**:- ** Review new designs for DFM and align on customers quality expectation**:- ** Work with quality and sourcing to ensure vendor selections strategy**:- ** Set appropriate performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these**:- ** Drive the development of integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy**:- ** Manage large, complext processes that involve multiple projects across a variety of clients**:- ** Create a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events to enhance the company brand**:- ** Work with the Credit Manager to ensure accounts receivable**:- ** Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures to ensure the team's and own work adheres to required standards**:**Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience**:- ** Experience and knowledge in Packaging is strongly preferred**:- ** Strong Sourcing experience in an global company**:- ** Solid experience managing projects on a global scale**:- ** 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in territory sales or account management.**:- ** Strong understanding or experience from a large, national, or decentralized distribution organization is preferred.**:- ** 3+ years of experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve sales goals.**:- ** Must have strong leadership and management skills.**:- ** Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.**:- ** Excellent English and Spanish required.**:- ** Good interpersonal and conflict management skills required
