You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.**_Key Responsibilities: _****Vendor Management (35%)**- Communicate with our factories to receive updates on production, confirm materials and timeline for our products, with a sense of urgency and stressing a strict timeline.- Communicate with vendors to give feedback and insights on designs, receive updates on production and negotiate pricing to ensure high ROI, stellar quality and adherence to all deadlines.- Negotiate with our suppliers for best pricing on materials and final products, focusing on getting the best possible price, every time.- Communicate issues and concerns with our fulfillment centers, requesting explanation, offering suggestions and ensuring issues are not recurring.- Negotiate for refunds, discounts and other financials with our suppliers to compensate for issues or mistakes.- B2C & B2B Inventory & Logistics Management (35%)- CRM and Inventory Management (Barcoding, product pages, Invoices, etc.)- Generate advance shipment notices (ASN) for our 3PL and tracking shipments through arrival.- Warehouse inventory management, including calculating projections for restocking products so we are never out of stock.- Communicate with shipping carriers to receive updates on shipments and resolve problems that may arise in transit to eliminate delays.- Provide continuance to any shipments sent to B2B customers and communicate with team members.- Act as liaison between Vendors and the Product Development team, Wholesale Department, and Customer Service team
