The work is fast-paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for all support contracts delivery and their success.- Builds the team by owning the recruitment and training of the resources.- Continuously maintains quality delivery on all support projects and services.- Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with all clients. Maintain contact with clients at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.- Handling the executional ambiguities with diligence and comes with workable solutions.- Own the process and outcomes for resolving client issues.- Managing the utilization of resources effectively among the support contracts.- Generates & maintains various practice-level reports, records, and documentation of practice activities.- Expected to help the resources in their career growth
