The executive assistant helps to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.- Responds to inquiries and follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out.- Assembles and analyses information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas.- Maintains records of all activities, including financial records, inventories, and project data.- Contributes to the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations.- Researches and obtains information for reports and special assignments.- Coordinates activities across departments. Develops and implements operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. This can include planning and tracking tasks, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.- Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.- Collaborates with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.Qualifications:**Requirements**:Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or administration. Requires 2 years related experience. English fluent. Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company, products, policies, and programs. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. trong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and function as part of a team. Able to work with all levels of management. Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner. Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization of trips/meetings. Must be self-directed to maintain office when managers are out. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
