.Job ResponsabilitiesManage client relationships through regular, effective communication to deliver proactive support and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.Lead and collaborate with client teams to resolve issues, address operational performance affecting KPIs, and meet service level agreements, revenue, and profit objectives.Generate client-required reports using system data.Oversee periodic reviews of program milestones and KPI measurements.Manage internal communications to ensure client requirements are understood and implemented effectively.Coordinate with the Production team to align with customer expectations and company profit goals.Use resources in an environmentally responsible manner, following established procedures to protect environmental quality.Adhere to safety and health protocols, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe practices promptly.Prepare and present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations to clients.Present productivity reports and efficiency metrics to the Program Director and Plant Manager.Identify new business opportunities, develop a thorough understanding of each client's business model, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new product proposals.Ensure internal and external alignment with senior management and cross-functional teams (e.G., Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT) through effective communication and collaboration.Define production goals that align with client expectations.Verify that headcount and parts planning for product repairs are in line with the production schedule.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the company to enhance efficiency, quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.Foster teamwork and promote a harmonious work environment.Engage in continuous improvement activities and participate in quality management system certification and recertification audits.Monitor and manage corrective and preventive actions as necessary.Adhere to the code of ethics and conduct and maintain confidentiality regarding processes and tools.Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.Special Knowledge:Understanding of International ISO 9001 standards.Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to interpret electronic diagrams and use measurement equipment.Experience:Minimum of 3 years in industry leadership positions within electronics and manufacturing, with a proven track record in account or program management and direct senior management interactions.Extensive knowledge of repair processes and client management.Experience with statistical control and staff administration.Background in introducing new products.Competencies and Abilities:Proficient in English (technical and conversational) with a fluency level of 80% or higher.Strong leadership and negotiation skills.Effective planning and analytical/strategic thinking abilities.Consulting and training skills
