.Sola Wood Flowers is looking for an Operations Manager to join our fast growing company.As our Operations Manager, you will work closely with our executive team & Prodensa - a 3P firm assisting us - to launch our physical manufacturing & fulfillment operations in Monterrey. This includes all aspects of operations, including building our initial team in Mexico.- Oversee day-to-day operations. This includes all aspects of our light manufacturing and eCommerce fulfillment.- Meet or exceed key performance indicators set alongside our management team.- Analyze and work with data to discover process improvement opportunities. This includes using lean.**Requirements**:- Experience managing a workforce of ~75 - 100+ people.- Very familiar with lean manufacturing.- Comfortable using ERPs and other relevant software.- Able to work on-site every day in Monterrey once our facility is launched.- Fluent in written and spoken English.- No problem jumping into any part of the business. You are eager and ready to learn!- Excellent with data. Can fluently use Excel/Google Sheets including functions like VLOOKUP
