The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for overseeing the daily ensemble plant operations, maintaining superior quality, safely and cost-efficiently. The Operations Manager ensures every process is delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. Additionally, the OM will be involved in the pre-production planning and production stage. Will be responsible for managing any employee concerns, resource management, and ensuring safety in all areas of the workplace. The OM may also provide additional support to management during business department audits or as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs the following responsibilities in line with policies and procedures, work rules, expectations, and behavioral standards.Responsible for overseeing the Production by creating and monitoring production schedules, to guarantee on-time deliveryMonitoring production processes, and suggesting improvements.Responsible for overseeing the overall activities at the Plant, by performing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of all the functional areas to ensure maximum Client satisfaction..Responsible for ensuring all staff is conducting their work in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.Responsible for keeping the plant current on annual inspections and permits i.E.: fire, city and HVAC systemsResponsible for providing leadership, motivation and training to accomplish the company goals and objectivesResponsible for providing employee reviews at appropriate times and implementing changes as neededSupport the implementation of company policies and goalsContributes to a safe, accident-free, working environment by abiding by all safety procedures and policies as defined by the Company and regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned based on experience, skills, and business needs.Experience & Qualifications:Qualifications Include:Manufacturing experienceAbility to multi-task in a high-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a teamExperience working in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, ERP implementation experience a plusBilingual English - Excellent reading, writing, and communication skillsPay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 66369, Santa Catarina, N.
