.Descripción y detalle de las actividades**OBJECTIVE**:Plans, Organizes, Directs, and Controls manufacturing activities (Production and Maintenance) to ensure that the manufacture of goods meets volume, quality, and cost requirements within the established time frame in an efficient manner. Maintain standards across all shifts and communicate effectively and proactively with US businesses.**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:- Implements established procedures and maintains and improves standards with a focus on all departments. Must have a strong business sense to understand the difference between logical business improvements/outcomes/perfection.- Effectively communicates status updates and issues with US leadership to minimize wasted time and resources.- Supervises the adequate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery minimizing costs and meeting established quality standards.- Requires a very clean and well-maintained work environment in all areas.- Supervises and evaluates procedures designed to improve equipment utilization, personnel efficiency, and the quality of finished goods.- Plan investigations to determine the effectiveness of Manpower utilization and project labor and staffing needs.- Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, and developing the manufacturing team as well as acting as a facilitator.- Responsible for building a positive performance-based culture and promoting and maintaining interdepartmental harmony.Experiência y requisitos**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:Engineering or Professional Degree and a Master's Degree is desirable.**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:More than 8 Years in the Management of Production Processes and Personnel.**LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY**:Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluent Technical conversations).**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:- ** Exceptional Communication Skills**: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively across various levels of the organization.- ** Leadership and Command**: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams on the production floor, ensuring high performance and productivity.- ** Adaptability and Learning Agility**: High aptitude for quickly learning new processes, and technologies, and improving production workflows.- ** Problem-solving skills**: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships within and between departments.- ** Strategic Thinking**: Capability to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals.- ** Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
