Operations Manager With Bookkeeping Experience

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome **Operations Manager with Bookkeeping Experience** to support one of our Rockstar clients!

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Oversee and manage daily tasks and operations, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately.
- Be responsible for fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, optimizing productivity and ensuring a cohesive work environment.
- Identify and implement processes and strategies to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the team to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Take over certain tasks to ensure a continuous workflow and maintain operational efficiency in cases of team member unavailability or urgent situations.

**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE**:

- Bookkeeping experience as your background will aid in managing the financial aspects of operations.
- Leadership skills and are able to inspire and coordinate team members effectively.
- The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
- Detail-oriented to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintaining accurate records.
- Capable of adapting to changing situations and taking on different tasks as needed.
- A systematic approach, allowing you to thrive in maintaining the gears of day-to-day operations.
- Adept at keeping the books balanced while orchestrating operations.
