**Responsibilities**:

- Strictly adhere to manufacturing procedures, ensuring flawless execution of production tasks
- Compete daily production assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- Determine and implement adjustments to production processes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
