**Responsibilities**:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience also considered.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Availability to work standing for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
