**Description**:
**Purpose**
**Essential Duties**
- Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
- Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes
- Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
- Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System
- Act as a mentor and leader for entry-level roles
**Other Duties**
- Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly
- Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education
- Minimum four years of Relevant Experience
- Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience
- Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.
- Google Suite experience
- Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge
