As an OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SHIFT LEADER, you will lead the assigned human resources, to ensure that the parameters are within the established ranges together with the client, and the correct operation of the equipment in the lines in charge of PPG.
You will report to the Optima Solutions Site Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all activities of service professionals and technicians in the productive area.
- Negotiate with the customer material usage to meet target and forecast.
- Identify leads for value selling.
- Promote continuous improvement through the process control and respond to issues immediately.
- Promote constant interaction with customers to make sure all issues are managed and answered.
- Responsible for safety on the site and audit protocols and procedures.
- Make decisions to guarantee the proper function of the PPG material at the customer line.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years experience in coating processes.
- Rotate shifts.
- Desirable experience with BPI, DMAIC, CAIR, and BI Tools
- Intermediated English.
