ResponsibilitiesSupport the client post go-live and provide resolution to issues and questionsEngage in client projects as requiredUpdate configurations and settingsProvide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding "best practices" and the functionality of the SCM modulesWork with clients to develop solution designs to ensure that business requirements are metAssist in documentation and provide trainingCollaborate with technical resources for integrations, documentation, and complex issue resolutionAct as a liaison between client teams, both technical and functional in naturePresent updates to clients on a regular basisPreferred ExperienceWorking specifically with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement work areasHands-on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testingExperience working alongside and communicating directly with clientsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentOther Relevant InformationMust be able to maintain fluent communication both orally and in writing in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
