**About the Role**:As the Order Entry Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the activities of our order entry team to meet customer needs and support magnificent business operations. Your strategic mindset will be key in ensuring quick and high-quality order processing to improve our supply chain efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Distribution of Workloads**:Ensure effective allocation of purchase orders and additional requirements to the team.
- **Process Audit**:Conduct regular audits to monitor the quality and efficiency of the booking process.
- **Cleanup Order Management**:Oversee cleanup orders, providing support for issue resolution.
- **Status Reporting**:Keep partners informed by reporting the status of orders until the purchase task is created.
- **Monthly Commitments**:Take the lead in meeting monthly commitments, emphasizing on-time deliveries.
- **Service Excellence**:Align with on-time delivery (OTD) and service doctrine, maintaining high service levels.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Proactively identify and implement improvements in personnel, processes, and systems.
- **Communication**:Ensure flawless communication with the Emerson sales force, inside sales, and commercial teams.
- **Onboarding and Training**:Support team members in completing onboarding within the first 90 days and obtaining necessary technical and process training.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field, and Engineering.
- **Experience**:Relevant experience in a business-related field or equivalent.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail and error identification.
- Proficient digital literacy, with experience in Oracle preferred.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Technical proficiency, especially with Oracle and Microsoft Office.

- General knowledge of Final Control products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
